Students
Are you a student and want to work in an internationally operating company that will advance your career? About 170 students are currently supporting regular employees in 77 countries, helping to enhance GL's services through their own research and development. There is also a possibility of completing an internship or writing your Bachelor- or Master Thesis with GL.
Combined studies
In cooperation with the universities of cooperative education 'Nordakademie Elmshorn' and the 'Hamburg School of Business Administration', GL offers two combined studies programmes with various areas of emphasis: 'Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration' and 'Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management'. The bachelor degrees from the universities of cooperative education are internationally recognised. The training takes place at GL's headquarters in Hamburg. Information about our 2010 training offerings starting in the summer of 2009 will be added soon. The next possibility to start a training with GL is 2010.
Vocational training
Office clerks are the specialists of office organisation and administration. They take care of written correspondence, generate statistics and create presentations, as well as assist in scheduling and the organisation of workflows. You will learn about the preparation and follow-up of meetings in accordance with objective and deadline specifications and take over administrative tasks. The training site is our corporate headquarters in Hamburg. Please note that we are currently unable to offer any more training positions for 2009. The next possibility to start a training with GL is 2010.
Pupils
For highly motivated school graduates and pupils with excellent performance, we offer a limited number of apprenticeships (vocational training and combined studies) and work experience placements.
