This module introduces the national rules and regulations, responsibilities within the administration and the various working principles, such as manning, equipment, surveys and issuance of certificates as well as registration of vessels.
Practical case studies are used to practice working with special checklists generated by GL.
Seminar objective:
Participants will gain thorough knowledge of the structure and organisation of Flag State administration.

- Change-of-flag procedures for the reflagging of vessels
