Medium Voltage Installations on Seagoing Ships II - Practical Training
Ship Technology
At least one crew member shall have successfully participated in a training course with theoretical and practical elements. This module in addition to module I meets these demands.
Practical training on MV switchgear and a transformer will be completed by fault analysis and professional communication. This module will be performed in cooperation with Consulectra Unternehmensberatung GmbH, an expert for the energy industry and energy supply.
Course objective
Fulfil the requirements of guideline I 10 of See-BG II3 "Guideline for the Design of Medium Voltage Installations of up to 17.5 kV on board Seagoing Vessels"
