This module provides an introduction to the goal-oriented dealings with the press during maritime emergencies.
Self-confidence in communicating with representatives of the media will be acquired through the use of role plays. Methods will be shown how to train one's own behaviour in order to show confidence. The module is conducted in cooperation with
Kortmann and Schäfer Training, experts in crisis management.
