This practice-orientated training introduces to a range of options, on how to reduce HR-costs and how to arrange flexible personnel management.
Strategies and concrete steps for implementation of a flexible HR-management, as well as possible scenarios for personnel reductions will be developed using a case study. In addition issues connected to industrial law will be addressed and challenges regarding leadership and communication during a time of crisis will be a further topic. The module is conducted in cooperation with
