Customer feedback
GLC believes that all customer feedback is a vital source of information irrespective of the content and nature of the feedback. If our customers or even the customers of our customers believe that something is going wrong, we employ our documented procedure covering appeals, complaints and other measures.
This procedure is available on request from our Hamburg Office. All such incoming proceedings are being dealt with by our quality department, headed by the Quality Representative for the Business Segment. If necessary, our appeal panel will convene to investigate the matter. Of course, the committee will be impartial, i.e. the composition will safeguard the highest degree of impartiality. The panel will act independently, impartial and in a non-discriminatory way.
All decisions are being recorded and communicated to all parties involved. Overall, the whole process is being supervised by the Quality Representative but also by the external Committee of Experts (which is in charge of supervising impartial operations of GLC).
